Normally I assume the best, but I cannot come up with a single explanation for this that doesn't paint the DEA in a negative light.
They're either incompetent or evil. Since in government the former is worse than the latter, I guess I'll just assume they're cartoonishly evil people then.
- netizen-936824 5y agoAll the DEA knows is how to double-down on being wrong. Even when psychiatrists opposed scheduling MDMA as schedule 1 the same thing happened. A judge had told the DEA to consider schedule 2 or 3 but the DEA decided to give the finger to the judge, the psychiatrists, and the american public at large. The DEA needs to be disbanded and the CSA repealed. Nothing less, its not a system that is beneficial in any way. It causes more harm to the american public than any drug could ever cause.
