I thought this was a pretty good summary, but one thing stuck out to me as not quite right:

I don't think that's strictly true. Plenty of people are willing to pay more for products that are more ethical. Also, meat prices are likely to increase as we grapple with climate change and other issues related to subsidized, unsustainable sources of meat that we currently use.
That being said, if we are still mostly around $10,000/lb, we are a long way off and the overall conclusion doesn't change much. Seems like there are some big things to figure out before it's going to be a thing in the markets.
