It would be super useful if HN’s HTML included all the information about each submission in attributes on the submission’s relevant elements. Then user styles (e.g. using the Stylus browser extension) could be set up to hide, dim, highlight, etc. submissions based on those attributes. (I’m on mobile now otherwise I’d give examples.)
