The stuff I am talking about lists a percentage of THC on the packaging and people are buying it almost exclusively to get high. I was dubious at first too, but I have talked to several people who have used them and they say they are getting a THC high, and the packaging even communicates the THC content. But I have no reciepts. It could be an entirely illegal Enterprise given the proprietor.
