I'm guessing the more likely option is that the trucker community become "conscientious objectors" and refuse to work, in the hope that their number will cripple services. Does sitting at home still count as terrorism? Because I'd happily fund that
- lovecg 5y agoSo, a strike? That was always allowed. Given they’re not supported by the actual unions and are a pretty small fraction of truckers anyway, good luck to them.
- totony 5y agoCouldn't they theoretically be forced to work with the emergency act? AFAIK it could be argued that they are providing essential services
