Arguably, the open web is the only place where network effects don't dominate. If they actually focused on Firefox..
- baq 5y agooh, they do... development cost on multiple platforms (browsers) makes one of the platforms is not as well supported in aggregate. cost to switch for the user is not big, so you end up with sites which 'work best with chrome', which creates a positive feedback loop.
