Don't Wait for a Housing Market Crash
- harambae 5y agoAre they consistent in their strategy when it comes to buying a used car right now? i.e. No point in waiting -- if you want a used car rush out there and buy one at this moment, because they might go up in price even further? And if it's not good advice for used cars, why is it good advice for a house? After all, there's a fixed supply of platinum (for catalytic converters) and they're not making any more of it!
- m348e912 5y agoI am starting to agree that there may not be a crash, maybe a slow down in growth, but a 2008 type correction? I am not so sure. Especially if interest rates don't actually rise significantly.
