Honestly with me atleast in tech, not have to have physical connect and socially distance is wonderful!! Seriously people don't realize some of us see physical handshaking, fistbumping, whatever else they come up with is actually just a minor form of assault (Where you get to grab someone and slightly impose your will on them). I would not mind seeing physically greetings going away altogether.
