I don't think this will change the overall percentage of smokers by much. Most of the people I know started smoking because. 1. Their parents are smokers 2. Their close friends are smokers I haven't met anyone who started smoking because of ads. Any ad and cigarette packet has to state "smoking is deadly" or something similar already in any case.
