What the hell does this even mean? Sure, I can be on board with you on lying being bad... but what are you trying to say by including "OCD and mental illness" as things that are in "desperate need of a clean-up"?

- alexb_ 5y agoI don't see why anyone should give a shit about someone having OCD, or having a mental illness. These are not necessarily bad things, especially when it comes to certain industries. Any reasonable person would come to the conclusion that, if someone with OCD or a mental illness does the job just as well as someone without, then it's not something that needs to be "cleaned up". This guy is clearly not a reasonable person then.
- MattGaiser 5y agoThe times I have heard it, it is usually in relation to how much we earn or how often we quit. Basically we cannot be well adjusted people or we are disloyal people in their view.
