No, money laundering is never this easy...I see people on internet forums always suggesting stuff like this; Swap to monero >> NFT (or whatever else) >> clean money...Sounds good in theory but in execution, you'll likely make a mistake along the way and get caught
- rosndo 5y agoThe mistake has to be in the early stages, it should be impossible to get caught in the “cash out monero” stage. Even if the government figures out that you have unexplained assets, that isn’t the same as getting caught. Having unexplained assets is generally not a crime, and monero can make it impossible for the government to figure out where you got that money from.
