Degrees get verified on background checks. If an employer wants to age discriminate, that won't stop them.
- throwaway5486nv 5y agoIts a lot of work to verify age. What is actually happening is if you look old they discriminate based on assumption. People overestimate age of bald people like myself.
- petre 5y agoThat's why it's also not a great idea to put a photo on your resume.
