Right, so - he dumped stock during his trading window (presumably), and also deleted his twitter account.
- jollybean 5y agoHe sold stock during a pre-defined window, in a pre-defined manner. Call it dumping or whatever you want. That he deleted his Twitter account is not super relevant unless it was a means by which he was communicating material information to the public.
