Sounds like ADHD. See if you can get diagonosed. I knew I had it. Anything slightly boring was physically painful for me. But I waited until 40 to get diagnosed. First time on my life I was able to stay on task for sometime that wasn’t super interesting. I can’t tolerate the meds, but I do a lot better since I lost the mental pain of being bored.
