I had something similar and felt pretty bad when they wouldn't listen to me, when I warned them it was a scam coin. But, I warned them and i don't care about it anymore. It made me realize how dumb it would be if people really were doing the banking themselves. Tech is pretty complex and people aren't good at processing things they don't understand. In the past there was religion that explained it. Now, there's some sort of void of religious belief, that can't be modified with reasoning. Ymmv
