I use YouTube not as app, but in the browser on my mobile. There I have an AdBlock Plugin setup. Without that YouTube is unusable for me anymore. It's not about the video ads at all. Ads are part of the modern design of YouTube and are difficult to differentiate from, f.e. the comments, which are hidden by default - wtf?
