Waning 2-Dose and 3-Dose Effectiveness of mRNA Vaccines Against Covid-19
- curmudgeon22 5y agoIf the 31% figure turns out to be relatively accurate, that's not very durable. > VE after 3 doses declined to 66% among those vaccinated 4–5 months earlier and 31% among those vaccinated ≥5 months earlier, although the latter estimate is imprecise because few data were available on persons vaccinated for ≥5 months after a third dose. The decreasing trend of VE with increasing time since vaccination was significant (p<0.001)

- aaron695 5y agoWhy wouldn't I save my booster up in case the next strain is extremely dangerous then? Why are they not explicitly saying the amount of days to wait until getting it? Friend went to get a booster, the medical staff asked them which one they wanted. Not, here's the best advice, what do you choose. They refused to say which one to get. Why do people think this is normal? Or acknowledge this is abnormal then allow it to be put into law and treat the antivaxxs like garbage. We have millions of data points by now. All this is not acceptable.
- xupybd 5y agoI had my Pfizer booster yesterday. I had little reaction to the first and second but this one is kicking my butt. I'm exhausted and my arm feels like it's been hit with a hammer. I hope these reactions don't get worse each booster or I'm not going to be able to continue getting them.
