Booking.com employees are bound by non-compete clauses so you will never get anyone directly from Booking.com in your company.
- denton-scratch 5y agoNon-compete clauses aren't always enforceable; they have to be "reasonable". That means that the employer must be imposing the clause in furtherance of a "legitimate business interest". You can't use these clauses as simply a way to bully disgruntled staff.
