This made me almost cry. In most companies the person who is the loudest or most persistent wins. The merit of an idea is almost irrelevant.
- erwincoumans 5y agoIt is a great pleasure to be among people who respect each other, listen, focus on the topics instead of on ego/politics. Sad if most companies are not like that, I must have been lucky to be in the right teams then.
