Do you really have a plan if you lack the requisite skills?

- ChuckNorris89 5y agoEU has an over-abundance of talent due to the great free schools. Finding people with skills is not an issue. It's finding the VC and investors willing to burn through billions in losses years on end hoping that maybe they make a profit one day, that's the problem.
