Crypto exchange Binance to take $200m stake in Forbes
- skinnymuch 5y agoConflict of interest is amazing here. The defamation lawsuit against Forbes that was dropped in 2020 only adds to this. This seems like it is SPAC money? I don’t fully get it. If it is. Then Binance could have gotten a 30% stake by buying the stock once the SPAC completed any way.
