You know what's even worse? When you do all that, invite the candidate to apply because they need to be in the ATS and then HR throws the resume out without even telling you that the candidate applied....
- muzani 5y agoHad this happen in a situation where I was friends with both the PM and CTO. PM was pissed about HR dropping it. I didn't mention that I applied until I got another job, but anyway dodged a bullet there.
