‘Credit Suisse managers knew clients were potential criminals’
- sschueller 5y agoAnd grass is green. Credit Suisse and UBS need to either stop with this garbage or finally die off. The way it looks now they have decided to die off. The previous CS CEO was just fired for violating Swiss covid regulations on multiple occasions but he was supposed to be the guy at CS to change the culture to one of obeying the rules and reducing risk. CS has also just reserved half a billion dollars to deal with upcoming lawsuits. It is not looking good. UBS has decided to appeal the French lawsuit they lost and would have had to pay a fraction of what they were held responsible for. By appealing this it may get way worse and keep this in the news. Great job UBS.
