More importantly missed from the CPI calculations are the prices of pinball machines. It seems like the prices on the used market have nearly doubled over the last 12-18 months.
- Ancapistani 5y agoThis is actually a more interesting trend than it might appear at first glance. The prices of _all_ of my hobbies have gone up quite a bit over the past year or so. It seems to be consistent that discretionary/luxury goods are increasing in price significantly faster than the CPI.
