I've known what a dually is for six decades, but I never heard of a doula.
- ncmncm 5y agoI had never heard them called duallies (duallys?) before this millennium. First encountered the word at a drive-thru (-through?) car wash, where they were not allowed, and was left to figure out from context what it must mean.
