- arcticbull 5y agoIndeed, I was referring to the idea of viruses and bacteria escaping from research labs and then, occasionally, spreading within a community. I provided evidence of this claim. I wasn't saying that I believed that COVID-19 specifically escaped from a/the lab. I do not have evidence of that. Apologies if that was unclear. I was pushing back on the initial out-of-hand rejection of this idea.
