My only issue with that is Bitfinex, a company with lousy security(they lost the coin) now gets a windfall. Is that morally right?

My only issue with that is Bitfinex, a company with lousy security(they lost the coin) now gets a windfall. Is that morally right?
- uberman 5y agoTheft is theft. You don't get only part of your stuff back when the police recover it and find out you did not lock your door. Your insurance might take exception to it but not the law. It if morally and legally right to return all recovered property.
