I need to fight, otherwise I'm not taken seriously.
- giantg2 5y agoAll the consistently loud people at my company are promoted. I'll fight for what's right. But if 75% of the things discussed are things I agree with, then I'm not going to talk just to reiterate what someone else said. Being loud is how my company measures engagement, and they're all about that.
