- simonblack 5y agoRight, but that's what they're paying you for And there's the crux. Just how much are they paying? And is it "enough"? (Whatever that figure may be in your estimation) Too many times we do interviews to see whether they like us. But those interviews are also to see whether WE like THEM. Do we put as much stress on both directions?
