Do you happen to know whether it's applicable clause in California and NY.
- mindcrime 5y agoIANAL and I don't live in either state, so take this with a HUGE grain of salt. I believe CA is one of the states where those kinds of clauses are generally not enforceable. I have no idea about NY. On something like that, I really recommend talking to an actual licensed attorney, or at least somebody who has some serious expertise in the area. I'm nothing but a semi-informed layperson on this topic.
