Most of these are extremely toxic at overdose amounts, as opposed to tryptamines which generally just give a stronger trip. I know someone that snorted some 25i-NBOME thinking it was something else and started seizing, and nearly died. In hospital for 2 weeks. Kidneys almost didn't make it.
