I agree that it’s spoiled but they are a free being and they can choose whatever they want. You and I wouldn’t reject the job, but they can. However I don’t think the feedback on their communication software really means anything to them. The recruiter it’s probably going to chuckle at that and move on to the next person thinking “wow we dodged a bullet”. It doesn’t matter what they think anyway because OP will be moving on as well.
