I wonder how much of the interest is natural vs. upbringing. I did not grow up around technology but I later on found it on my own (beginning of college) now I develop software for a living. A friend of mine had a child recently was looking into this I also suggested scratch/this baby book on circuits. Also curious the future of development I mean things take work to build but some YT channels hand wave it/make it seem easy. I guess with tools like co-pilot maybe NLP/STT/No Code will be faster/easier to make things.
