A personal policy to treat all email responses like SMS text messages
- twobitshifter 5y agoIt’s an interesting approach but I find some people who practice this end up taking up more time by needing meetings to clarify the items from the email.
- softwarebeware 5y agoI assume you mean in situations where a meeting wouldn't be necessary? IME the opposite problem of trying to use a long email thread for things that are better discussed in a quick meeting is usually what I see people doing, far more often than the reverse.
