Obama's FBI issued the Trump campaign FISA warrants but Trump installed his own people at the CIA/DOJ/FBI etc. The closest rogue agents against Trump were the whistleblowers like Colonel Vindman that were mostly rooted out and attacked relentlessly to discredit them.
