This is why I rotate my social media/news consumption habits every couple of months. I go from right to left, select a particular bubble to wade into for a while. Then I stop. Switching up your bubbles on purpose makes you more aware of them. It helps that my political beliefs are unorthodox enough that I can agree with most groups about something, though.
