Tech companies acknowledge rejecting remote work could cost them talent
- Mountain_Skies 5y agoNo doubt they'll run off to Congress to demand more visas to make up for the workers who they turn down despite knowing they're capable of doing the world needed.
- cwdegidio 5y agoWhat I've been seeing is companies denying on-shore resources the ability to work from home, letting their developers who think is important roll off to a new organization, and then hiring off-shore to back fill... whom all work remote. It's almost comical at this point when paired with the long list of reasons why on-shore must be in the office. Because nothing says in-person team work than sitting on zoom for 4 hours a day because your team is distributed.
