They're literally at the level of going to court to protect criminals from being prosecuted because the criminals are their customers. Once you actively protect someone from being prosecuted for swatting and keep them as customers, it's really meaningless what law quirk you use to justify it.

- viraptor 5y agoI can't tell if you think the affected person should become an outlaw, or are you defending attempted death-by-police as a freedom issue. And I'm sad we're at that stage...
