This is true. India has blocked a lot of major porn sites. This has however led to creation of porn sharing whatsapp/telegram groups since one person downloads the porn via VPN and then shares it to all. This inturn has led to sharing of even more shadier porn and hasn't prevented teens from accessing porn.
