This site was advertised on the New York Times website. The ad copy was “Experience a Digital Human Conversation and Chat About, Well, Just About Anything. Have an open-ended, in-depth conversation with Sophie; an AI-powered companion.” I tried it. The face and voice were pretty good, but the conversation quickly collapsed into nonsequiturs. Maybe others will have better luck.
