The obvious result isn't that people will do the identification thing: instead people will use a VPN. It seems pretty clear to me.
- nly 5y agoIf you're even remotely privacy concious in the UK you use a VPN 24/7 anyway. All the major ISPs here are already logging tonnes of metadata at the TCP and DNS level
