Disabled by a wellbeing assistent? I had something similar on iOS with Carplay but with no explanation at all. At some point I was not able to use Carplay anymore. My car didn't give an error message, and in iOS I could not find a solution either. Turns out when you have app time limits on, Carplay becomes broken and unusable.
