Oregon Unemployment uses it too. It's the most difficult login process I've ever encountered and I've lived on the internet since 1996. The fact that it's the only vendor you can use should be illegal. This barrier has been put between Oregonians and the unemployment benefits they're entitled to. <- This is a bigger story IMHO.
