Ask HN: How can I find a good team therapist to deal with internal conflicts?

Core team at the startup I’m working at (I’d consider them all friends) are having lots of conflicts that don’t look like they’re gonna get resolved on their own. Does anyone have recommendations on getting a team therapist or similar for dealing with this?
