I strongly recommend not reading the 2012 edition. Steve took out about half the Bill's original writing and replaced it with advertisements for his own book. I wrote some stuff near the end of how you can find the 2nd edition.
- robwwilliams 5y agoThanks. “…near the end”? Sorry, I don’t see your guidance. What is date on the 2nd edition that you recommend? I have scoured Abebooks and not found a single copy. And generic search failed.

- hermanradtke 5y agoGary Bernhardt recommended this years ago. I was lucky to have gotten the early edition at a reasonable price.
