- hackerfromthefu 5y agoMake sure to drink lots of water with this, as it has the possibility to glue up your intestines without enough water. To understand why, put a spoonful in a glass of water and leave it for a few hours. You really don't want your intestines glued up!
- doublepg23 5y agoI’ve been using the Hidrate “smart water bottle” as silly as it sound the gamification really works on my brain and I love feeding more data into Apple Health.
