- munificent 5y agoNo, I'm saying that after the first year, they are now only committed to the base salary.
- yanslookup 5y agoI get a significant cash bonus paid out in year 2 as well. They are just as committed to the bonus in both years as they are the base salary. I think I'm missing something here though.
