I recently rewrote my resume and this time I just did it in HTML from the start. Simple CSS template and some pandoc and I have a Markdown, PDF, and plaintext copy available to download from my git as well as an easily viewable HTML page. It scales for phones and screens. This site looks official! Very good! I highly recommend your public documents function like this.
