As someone who worked in Infosec at the 3rd largest district in the nation let me add something: - Most, if not all, schools prohibit teachers from storing student data in external (non-school based) systems. In fact, our teacher/staff AUP strictly forbid using systems other than the district-provided systems for anything involving student information.
