Given it's housing the antennas, there's not much choice of what it can be made of. Cannot be very heavy too, so laptop wouldn't topple.

- snemvalts 5y agoProbably storing them in near plastic of the screen frame. Newer thinkpads (x270 etc) don't have it. Nor do macbooks.
